The Examination Committee for Investment Advisors (KEDI) at the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has announced the date for the upcoming aptitude test for CFA charterholders and holders of other recognized international qualifications. This remains the shortest path to obtaining the Polish Investment Advisor license.
Plan your preparation and complete the formalities on time. The next aptitude test will take place on:
- Date: March 29, 2026 (Sunday)
- Location and Time: Detailed information regarding the venue in Warsaw and the start time will be provided by the Office of the KNF (UKNF) in mid-March 2026.
Key deadlines and formalities
In accordance with KNF requirements, to register for the test, candidates must submit a correctly completed application form along with proof of payment at least 14 days before the test date.
This means that the final deadline for submitting documentation to the KNF is: March 13, 2026 (Friday).
Please be reminded that an integral part of the documentation for CFA Society Poland members is a certificate confirming the right to use the CFA designation in accordance with CFA Institute guidelines. The issuance process (which requires the qualified signatures of two Board members) takes approximately 2 weeks. We recommend submitting your request for this certificate no later than the second half of February to ensure a safe time margin.
