What will you learn by being in the audience?
Observing the teams during the final is a condensed lesson in analytics and risk management. You will find out what the jury pays special attention to when evaluating solutions and presentations. Projects are verified according to the following business evaluation categories:
- Understanding of the ESG challenge and problem analysis: Jurors verify the depth of the task analysis. An in-depth understanding of the industry, market, and regulatory context is examined, as well as the impact of actions on individual stakeholders.
- Proposed solution: Experts reward the innovativeness, originality, and creativity of the solution. Equally important is hard realism, plan feasibility, and proper resource identification. This means a realistic assessment of the financial, human, or time resources necessary to implement the concept.
- Presentation quality and communication: The structure, clarity, and consistency of the message during the stage performance are evaluated. The committee also assesses the presentation style, engagement, and professionalism of the entire team. Crucial importance is attached to whether the answers to the questions asked (during the Q&A session) are substantive, precise, and comprehensive.
