The Management Board of CFA Society Poland hereby invites regular and affiliate members to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members, which will be held on March 3, 2026 (Tuesday) at 17.00.
The meeting will be conducted online via the Zoom application, serving as a means of direct remote communication. This platform enables participation in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members and the exercise of all associated rights, including voting rights.
Please note: The meeting will be conducted exclusively in the Polish language.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Members was convened by a Resolution of the Management Board of CFA Society Poland dated January 28, 2026.
Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members
1. Opening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members and welcoming the attending Members of the Association.
2. Appointment of the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members.
3. Confirmation that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members has been duly convened and is capable of adopting binding resolutions.
4. Adoption of the agenda.
5. Adoption of a resolution regarding the approval of the election regulations for the Association’s governing bodies.
6. Adoption of a resolution regarding the amendment of the Association’s Articles of Association.
7. Discussion and miscellaneous motions.
8. Closing of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members.
Registration details
If an Ordinary or Supporting Member of CFA Society Poland intends to participate in the meeting, we kindly request registration by February 24, 2026. Please note that registration will not be possible after this deadline.
Following registration, all members who have expressed their intent to participate will receive a link to a virtual room where the meeting will be held in real-time via video and audio.
Important Information: The entire proceedings, including discussions and presentations, will be held only in Polish.
Voting during the meeting will be conducted exclusively via the WZA24 system, which enables the exercise of voting rights and the appointment of a proxy.
Detailed instructions for the WZA24 system will be sent after the registration period closes, i.e., on February 25, 2026.
