The board of CFA Society Poland invites you to the regular General Membership Assembly (called GMA), which will take place on June 19, 2024 (Wednesday) at 5:00 pm CEST online via the Zoom application, which allows direct remote communication, enabling participation in the GMA and exercising rights, including voting rights. The GMA will be conducted only in Polish.
The regular General Membership Assembly has been convened by the Resolution of the Board of CFA Society Poland dated May 24, 2024, regarding the convening of the regular General Membership Assembly, which is attached to this invitation.
The Board has set the following agenda for the Regular General Membership Assembly:
- Opening of the regular General Membership Assembly and welcoming members of CFA Society Poland.
- Appointment of the Chairperson and Secretary of the regular General Membership Assembly.
- Confirmation of the proper convening of the regular General Membership Assembly and its ability to adopt binding resolutions.
- Adoption of a resolution on the agenda.
- Review of the CFA Society’s financial report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Review of the CFA Society board’s activity report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Review of the CFA Society Audit Committee’s activity report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of a resolution approving the CFA Society’s financial report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of a resolution approving the CFA Society board’s activity report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of a resolution approving the CFA Society Audit Committee’s activity report for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of a resolution on the distribution of profits.
- Presentation by the audit committee of a motion to grant discharge to the board members for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of resolutions granting discharge to each board member for the fiscal year 2023.
- Adoption of resolutions granting discharge to each audit committee member for the fiscal year 2023.
- Discussion and open floor for motions.
- Closing of the regular General Membership Assembly.
