Women's Financial Club. January 2023 ed.

We are inaugurating the year 2023 with the Women's Financial Club, which returned as a stationary event in the autumn. We would like to invite you on January 12 (Thursday) to the Trading Room of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We will see you from 5:30 PM CET. The Women's Financial Club has become a regular event in the calendar for professionals of the financial world. In the January New Year's edition, we invited Kinga Dębska. She is already well-known to the Club, for her first appearance in 2019. We are sure that she will impress us once again with her enthusiasm. Kinga is a director who probably needs no introduction. Trained as a Japanologist and a graduate of the famous FAMU in Prague, she made her debut with the very well-received film “Hel”. She became well known with her film “These Daughters of Mine”, well received by critics and the audience. The director's speech will be followed by a presentation by Aneta McCoy. Aneta will share her experiences in building relationships, trust, influence skills and articulating expectations.

Aneta McCoy
Senior Asset Stewardship Analyst
Aneta is responsible for managing effective dialogue with the boards of State Street Global Advisors' portfolio companies on their ESG practices and for exercising voting rights on shares held by State Street Global Advisors in those companies. She is also responsible for the company's global voting policy ('proxy voting'). Aneta has 18 years of experience in corporate governance and ESG more broadly. Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors in early 2019, Aneta was an ESG advisor to major Russian companies listed on foreign stock exchanges. From 2004 to 2012, she led the ESG analytics team at Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. (ISS), the world's largest proxy advisory firm. Aneta holds a master's degree in International Relations and Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw.

Kinga Dębska
Screenwriter and director
She is a well-known and respected screenwriter and director of feature films and documentaries. She graduated from film directing at FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) and Japanese studies at Warsaw University. Before she started making films, she worked as a journalist. Kinga is the author of such films as “Hel”, “Actress”, “These Daughters of Mine”, “Playing Hard”, “Plan B” and “Back Then”, for which she received many awards in Poland and abroad, most of which were audience awards. She is vice president of the Polish Filmmakers Association. Privately, she is the mother of talented actress Maria Dębska.
