Łukasz Kolano, Senior ESG Expert, Go Responsible
Sustainable Finances and ESG Risk Management Expert, currently with Go Responsible, implemented since 2002 numerous UN and EU programs with UNDP and UNGC, with a focus on business partnerships in development and sustainability strategies and standards. Implemented numerous projects on business sustainability & risk management, anti-corruption, compliance & ethics, counteracting shadow economy, climate. In 2019–2020 social advisor to the Minister of Finance and Development on sustainable finance. Co-creator of standards, evaluation tools and reporting on SDG's and ESG.

Wojciech Łyjak, CFA, FCCA, A4 Training
Owner and Lead Tutor at A4 Training. Wojciech is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied finance at the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark. Wojciech is a fellow member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. Before becoming a finance tutor, Wojciech worked on accounting policy issues at one of Poland’s largest financial institutions. He has experience in banking, financial markets, financial reporting under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), US GAAP as well as management accounting gained both in Poland and abroad. In 2007 Wojciech joined the Ernst & Young Academy of Business first as a finance tutor and subsequently as a manager responsible for the Finance for Non-financial Managers product line as well structuring and delivery of training programmes in financial statements analysis, financial markets, CFA exam preparation as well as accounting, with an emphasis on accounting for financial instruments. As of December 2012, Wojciech operates under the A4 Training brand.

Piotr Domański, CFA, Valuation and Modeling Director, Deloitte
Piotr Domański builds financial models for various Deloitte clients. He has almost a decade of experience in financial analysis and transaction advisory services. His responsibilities include preparation of complex financial models for numerous purposes e.g. debt financing, debt restructuring, internal controlling, preparation and reviews of business plans, business valuations in relation to potential transactions, group reorganization, preparation of fairness opinion etc. In the past, Piotr was responsible for the ECM area at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. – Brokerage House, including cooperation with corporate clients in the admission to the Warsaw Stock Exchange and other projects from the capital market area. Piotr Domański graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Finance and Banking (Investment Banking faculty) and Quantitative Methods in Economy and Information Systems. Piotr is a licensed stockbroker.

Łukasz Ziemba, CFA, Associate, Valuation and Modeling Team, Deloitte
Łukasz Ziemba is an advisor with over 3 years of experience in financial consulting. He is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Accounting (specialization: Corporate Finance). Łukasz holds the CFA title.

Maciej Małetka, Associate, Valuation and Modeling Team, Deloitte
A competition finalist of the CFA Institute Research Challenge (2019)
Maciej is an advisor in the Financial Advisory Department. During his career, he was involved in the preparation of advanced financial models and business valuations. Maciej graduated from the Kozminski University in Warsaw in the field of Finance and Accounting (specialization: Financial Advisory). During his studies, Maciej took second place in the regional final of the international competition: the CFA Institute Research Challenge.

Tycjan Kocot, Expert, Credit Risk Department (Industry and Infrastructure), Sector Credit Risk Assessment Team 2, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK)
He has got over 20 years of experience in the area of ​​credit risk assessment, i.e. credit analysis, credit decisions, numerous projects (including international ones) as well as creating methodologies and instructions in the field of credit risk assessment. Graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the field of "Management of Enterprise Restructuring", management studies in Bad Harzburg Management Academy, MA studies in Banking at the University of Economics in Katowice. Completed numerous courses, incl. Commercial Lending – Moody's Analytics Certificate, Effective Credit Applications - Moody's Traning, Academy of Financial Controllers – MDDP certificate, Expert at the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR). Professional experience gained in domestic and foreign banks and leasing companies. At BGK he deals with, inter alia, the assessment of credit risk of investment projects for commercial real estate.
