Christine Robinson, Senior Manager, Deloitte & Touche LLP
Christine has more than 15 years of professional experience. Her sustainability experience includes working with clients in various industries on sustainability materiality assessments, data processes and controls, reporting, assurance, and climate risk analysis. Christine was assigned to the SASB where she assisted SASB with their research and market adoption initiatives prior to the standards codification. She holds SASB’s Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential, designed to help professionals understand the link between material sustainability information and financial performance. She is a CPA and CGMA.
Rafał Rudzki, Director, Sustainability Consulting Central Europe, Deloitte Poland
Rafał is an expert in management and sustainability field of 14 years of professional experience, both in corporate and public/NGO environment. In Sustainability Consulting Central Europe Team of Deloitte, he advises Polish and international clients across various industries in the area of corporate responsibility, sustainability and impact measurement. He is responsible for co-ordination of Deloitte’s efforts in these areas in 19 territories of Central Europe. He graduated from Jagiellonian Univeristy in Krakow (PL), Erasmus University in Rotterdam (NL) and University of Cambridge (UK). He publishes i.e. in POLITYKA weekly and teaches corporate social responsibility strategy at Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw (PL). In addition, he actively promotes Social Progress Index across Central Europe and acts as a Board Member of the Association of Polish Economists.
Maria Ibisz, Manager, Deloitte Poland
Expert with 11 years experience gained in sustainability services including non-financial and intergrated reporting. Maria has delivered over 50 strategy projects (design and deployment) for corporate clients as well as capital groups. Prepared over 30 sustainability reports (advisory service), including 14 which received awards on the Polish market ande CE&CIS region (Best CSR Reports Contest, Green Frog Awards). Has delivered over 400 educational projects focused on sustainability issues for over 700 participants, corporate clients, as well as students. Engaged as a participant/co-leader in working committees, focused on sustainability issues, organized by the Ministry of Economy, Responsible Business Forum, CR coalition. Delivered projects for clients representing 9 industries: oil & gas, energy & resources, financial services, pharmaceuticals, construction, mining, logistics, telecommunications, and gaming. Maria is responsible for the reporting center of excellence team providing support to clients across 17 countries in CE region. Cross-competency assignments in the corporate environment, public as well as non-governmental organizations.
Mikkel Skougaard, ESG Reporting Senior Expert, MOL Group
Mikkel currently holds the position of ESG Reporting Senior Expert at MOL Group, where is responsible for, among other things, the Group’s ESG reporting and relationship with ESG rating agencies. Mikkel joined MOL Group in 2015 where he spent three years as Investor Relations Officer with a subsequent promotion as Sustainable Development Senior Expert at MOL Group in 2018. Prior to his time at MOL Group, he worked at KPMG and spent four years at BlackRock’s Corporate Governance and Responsible investment team in London being responsible for stewardship activities. Mikkel started his career at IBM as an analyst. Mikkel holds an MSc in Economics, Governance and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School.
Luca Grassadonia, CFA, Corporate Finance Partner, Kreston GV Italy
Luca Grassadonia is a Corporate Finance Partner at Kreston GV Italy. He advises Italian SMEs on M&A and Capital Markets. Luca began in Eurizon Sgr as a consultant for the Cariplo Foundation. In 2000, he joined Montepaschi Sgr as portfolio manager. In 2007, Luca became ESG portfolio manager and in 2011 he went on in Anima Sgr. After an experience in the non-profit sector, Luca came back in 2017 as financial analyst at JCI Capital. He is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University. Luca is an FSA Credential holder from SASB, member of the Advocacy Committee of CFA Society Italy, board member of the Italian Business Reporting Foundation. He is co-author of the Guide to ESG Investing published by CFA Society Italy.

Milena Olszewska-Miszuris possesses over 15 years of experience on capital markets. Currently she runs a boutique advisory company supporting corporates in value creation, financial and non-financial reporting as well as investor relations. She also conducts trainings and lectures on valuation, financial analysis and storytelling. She holds three international designations: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FSA Credential (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) issued by SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board). Milena graduated from two faculties at Warsaw School of Economics: Quantitative Methods and Information Systems as well as Finance and Banking with a major in Investment Banking. Milena started her career at an international consulting company Ernst&Young. For 10 years she has been an equity analyst at international brokerage houses (ING Securities, KBC Securities, CDM Pekao). She is a multiple times laureate of analysts rankings for her insights and recommendations both domestically in Poland (Analyst of the Year title awarded by Warsaw Stock Exchange and Parkiet financial newswire, winner of analysts rankings in TMT and retail sectors) and internationally (top CEE analyst and top consumer analyst titles in international Extel survey). Milena is also a member of Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members and a supervisory board member at companies from mWIG40 index.
