Investment Risk Expert

Your responsibilities

• Analysis of investment applications for risk assessment
• Analysis, evaluation, and recommendation of proposed provisions in term sheets and final investment agreements
• Analysis of financial, commercial, technological, and legal-tax due diligence reports
• Preparation of risk opinions for the Bank's Financial Committee and funds' Advisory Committees
• Monitoring the investment portfolio for changes in the risk profile and proposing corrective actions
• Cooperation with the Bank's business units, including the Investment Department, Legal Department, as well as units from the financial risk and accounting areas

 

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial institutions or financial consulting, in particular in the area of investment fund risk
• Higher education degree, preferred fields: finance, law, economics
• Knowledge of managing the investment process in the private market (FIZAN, venture capital, or private equity)
• Knowledge of the functioning of investment funds and alternative investment companies
• Practical knowledge of provisions in investment agreements
• Knowledge of risk assessment for investment projects
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
• Independence and a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and openness to cooperation with other departments of the Bank

 

Nice to have

• CFA/ACCA certification
