Chief Expert for Financing Structuring in the Structured Finance Department

Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of investment financing projects, including those from the area of energy transformation (RES) and industry implemented in the project finance formula
• Structuring transactions – with the support of other Bureau employees
• Preparing credit applications, including, among others, the analysis of financial statements and forecasts for the needs of the credit process
• Maintaining relationships with clients within given projects
• Participation in negotiations and meetings with Clients and external advisors
• Cooperation with the Credit Risk, Legal, and Credit Administration Departments, relationship units from the sales area, and industry experts

 

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the structured finance area in a bank or advisory firm
• Experience working with credit documentation according to the LMA standard
• Higher education degree, preferred fields: finance, financial analysis, banking, economics
• Knowledge of financial analysis, including the ability to interpret financial statements
• English proficiency at least at the C1 level
• Openness and ease in building relationships
• Motivation and independence in actively seeking solutions
• Sense of responsibility for entrusted tasks and openness to new challenges

 

Nice to have:

• Investment advisor license or CFA charter
• Knowledge of legal collateral for bank receivables
• Working with LMA documentation in English
• Experience working with financial models
• Knowledge of the basics of derivative instruments (IRS / FX)
