Program Reporting and Analysis Expert

Your responsibilities

• Defining systemic and business requirements for the development of tools supporting the handling of programs and projects, as well as the financial handling of funds within the scope of tasks carried out by the department
• Implementing solutions dedicated to the handling of programs and projects, as well as the financial handling of funds within the scope of tasks carried out by the department
• Initiating the implementation of projects/programs aimed at developing and increasing the operational efficiency of processes supporting programs and projects, as well as the financial handling of funds within the scope of tasks carried out by the department
• Participating in business tests of changes implemented in applications and IT systems supporting the execution of the department's tasks
• Analyzing and specifying data regarding the reporting of programs and projects within the scope of tasks carried out by the department in the Bank's business model
• Creating analytical models regarding programs and projects
• Executing the process of handling applications for granting access to applications
• Preparing reports within the scope of internal and external reporting regarding programs and projects

 

Our requirements

• Higher education degree, preferred fields: banking, finance, economics, data analysis
• Experience in data analysis and modeling, economic analysis
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Adonis, Access)
• Experience in modeling and optimizing business processes, including knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, functions, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Commitment, independence, and accuracy in performing tasks, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills
