Guarantee and Surety Offer Development Expert

Your responsibilities

• Developing concepts regarding the functioning of the guarantee and surety model using European funds
• Preparing the Bank's position within legislative and consultation processes
• Cooperation with domestic institutions (ministries, financial institutions, etc.) and foreign institutions (EIF, EIB, EC, AECM, etc.)
• Support in negotiating the rules and conditions of cooperation, and monitoring concluded agreements
• Preparing demand analyses and analyses of the domestic and EU guarantee market, and participating in conferences and meetings with domestic and foreign institutions
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for financial institutions and entrepreneurs regarding the guarantee and surety offer

 

Our requirements

• Higher education degree, preferred fields: economics, finance, banking, law, administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial institutions sector or public administration related to the implementation of support instruments for entrepreneurs
• Knowledge of banking law and the financial market, as well as the rules of selling credit and guarantee products
• English proficiency at the C1 level
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Independence and commitment to assigned tasks
• Teamwork skills
• Openness and communicativeness
