Investment Risk Assessment Expert

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing investment applications in terms of risk assessment
• Analyzing, assessing, and recommending proposed clauses in term sheets and final investment agreements
• Analyzing financial, commercial, technological, and legal-tax due diligence reports
• Preparing risk opinions for the Bank's Financial Committee and fund Advisory Committees
• Monitoring the investment portfolio for changes in the risk profile and proposing corrective actions
• Cooperating with the Bank's substantive units, including the Investment Department, Legal Department, as well as units in the area of financial risk and accounting

 

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial institutions/financial advisory, in particular in the area of investment fund risk
• Higher education degree, preferred fields: finance, law, economics
• Knowledge of conducting the investment process on the private market (closed-end investment funds (FIZAN), venture capital, or private equity)
• Knowledge in the field of the functioning of investment funds/alternative investment companies
• Knowledge in the field of risk assessment of investment projects
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and analytical thinking skills
• Independence, sense of responsibility for entrusted tasks
• Communicativeness and openness to cooperation with other Bank departments

Nice to have

• CFA/ACCA qualification
