Chief Expert for Investment Processes

Your responsibilities

• Transactional, process, and regulatory support for the Investment Department teams of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the area of capital investments
• Participation in structuring transactions, negotiating transaction documentation, and organizing the process of their conclusion
• Obtaining required permits and approvals (including corporate ones) in the implemented investment process
• Preparing substantive analyses in the area of investment processes
• Substantive verification and coordination of cooperation with external law firms
• Participation in the supervision and monitoring of investments
• Creating and reviewing the Bank's internal regulations
• Monitoring changes in law, supervisory guidelines, and market practices
• Identifying risks related to the investment process and recommending preventive or corrective actions
• Cooperation and coordination of the work of legal advisors at the Department level and verification
• Standardizing documentation related to investment processes

 

Our requirements

• Higher education degree, preferred fields: law, economics, management, administration
• 10 years of experience in the area of transactions and corporate advisory, and financial market regulations
• Very good knowledge of capital transactions (especially mergers and acquisitions)
• Very good knowledge of financial market regulations, in particular the capital market and the activities of alternative investment funds
• Knowledge of banking law and issues related to the protection of legally protected information
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices
• English proficiency at the C1 level
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and goal orientation
