Your responsibilities

• Active participation in building a modern asset management system – providing substantive and technical support for investment and risk teams
• Coordination of data sources used in the investment process – organizing and standardizing data from various providers, automating data acquisition, and identifying data gaps
• Participation in testing and implementations – verifying the operation of the new system by comparing it with archival processes, reporting errors, and collaborating with developers to resolve them.
• Documenting the process and preparing instructions for other users (e.g., how to download data, how to interpret fields, what the validation rules are)

 

Our requirements

• Student status of at least the 3rd year (or a graduate up to two years after graduation) – majors: computer science, econometrics, statistics, data science, big data, business analytics, financial mathematics, quantitative methods, or related fields
• Interest in the capital market in an operational context and the flow of financial data. Process curiosity is important to us – seeking answers to the question “why” rather than just following instructions
• Analytical mindset and process thinking, ability to ask the right questions, identify discrepancies, and propose improvements. We value the courage to ask questions.
• English language skills at a minimum B2 level
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate with people working in different areas (acting as a liaison between the worlds of finance and IT)
• Basic knowledge of working with data, experience in Excel/VBA, PowerQuery, Python (pandas, numpy), R, or SQL is welcome, along with a willingness to learn about data automation and integration
