The Electoral General Meeting of CFA Society Poland will be held on June 9, 2026. In connection with this event, the association officially begins the process of accepting applications for members of the Board and the Audit Committee. The final deadline for submitting documents is May 20, 2026.

Who can apply for a position in the association's bodies?
According to the applicable Articles of Association, only regular members and affiliate members of CFA Society Poland who possess active and passive voting rights may run for the Board or the Audit Committee.

Expectations for candidates for office
The Association's authorities rely on the commitment of its members. Candidates for the Board and the Audit Committee are primarily expected to demonstrate:
- Readiness for active involvement, as we are looking for individuals who wish to realy co-create projects and initiatives rather than merely hold a statutory position.
- Time availability, as working on the Board requires participation in monthly meetings (stationary or online) and ongoing contact with the office. In turn, duties in the Audit Committee involve being available several times a year.
- Substantive support, as the experience and knowledge of candidates are crucial in developing the training and conference offer, and implementing new initiatives.
- A pro bono attitude, as functions in the association's bodies are honorary, and the primary reward is the satisfaction of developing the local financial environment and unique networking.
- Initiative and creativity, as the organization values openness to proposing unconventional solutions that raise the prestige of the CFA designation in Poland.
Application procedure step-by-step
Complete applications are accepted until the final deadline of May 20, 2026 (until 11.59 pm CEST). Applications will not be considered after this date.
Candidates are required to provide:
- Application Form: Completed and signed by hand (for paper form) or with a qualified electronic signature (e.g., Szafir or mObywatel) for e-mail submissions.
- Minimum 10 Recommendations: Signed by regular members of CFA Society Poland supporting the candidacy. A handwritten signature, trusted profile (ePUAP), personal signature (mObywatel), or qualified signature, e.g., Szafir (or a scan of the paper version), is required. A recommended document template is available on the website.
- Current CV: It will be promptly published on the cfapoland.org website to present the candidate to the community.
Documents can be submitted in three ways:
- Electronically: To the office address: office@cfa.com.pl (please enter "Wybory do władz stowarzyszenia 2026. Dokumenty" in the subject line). The office will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.
- In person: At the CFA Society Poland office (ul. Mokotowska 1, Zebra Tower, 8th floor, 00-640 Warsaw) after prior appointment via e-mail or telephone (+48 798 068 139).
- By traditional mail: To the office address (the date of receipt of the documents by the CFA Society is decisive – no later than May 20, 2026).
Important information regarding the Regulations and Articles of Association
The Association has provided the unified election regulations along with the necessary documents via e-mail. At the same time, the organization informs that the amendments to the Articles of Association adopted by the resolution of the General Meeting on March 3, 2026, are currently in the process of registration in the National Court Register (KRS). Until they are entered, the Articles of Association adopted on June 26, 2025 (included in the current regulations), remain in force.
However, if the court registers the new Articles of Association before the date of the Electoral General Meeting (June 9), the upcoming elections will be conducted in accordance with its new content. Members will be informed of any change in a separate communication.
