We are launching the third edition of the Fearless Together program, created for women who want to consciously build their careers in the financial industry. Instead of leaving your professional development to chance, you can take advantage of a program that offers knowledge, valuable contacts, and a set of tools that will help you strengthen your skills, discover your natural talents, and feel confident in an international business environment.

Be like the Fearless Girl

When the Fearless Girl statue appeared on Wall Street, it quickly became a global icon. Despite her small stature, her strength and message are enormous. With her head held high and a stable, unwavering posture, she stands in the heart of the world of finance and is an inspiring symbol of courage.

The sculpture was an initiative of State Street Global Advisors (currently State Street Investment Management) and reminds us all that everyone has the potential to achieve great things and pursue their goals with confidence. This is the exact idea that drives our program.

Just like the Fearless Girl, you can embody your own strength and face professional challenges with courage. The Fearless Together 3.0 program was created to help you gain the knowledge and support needed to achieve success in the financial industry on your own terms. We are looking for women who, like the Fearless Girl, want to look at their careers with their heads held high.

Is this the right development path for you?

Fearless Together 3.0 is not a program for everyone, and that is its true advantage. We are looking for women who are serious about developing their careers in finance and are ready for an intensive, transformative journey.

We invite you to apply if:

• You live in Poland and want to develop within international structures.
• You have theoretical knowledge or professional experience in the field of finance, e.g., you are finishing economic or financial studies, are currently working in the industry and hitting a "glass ceiling", or you want to return to the sector after a break (knowledge will be verified at the application stage).
• You speak fluent English (minimum B2+), because the entire program is held in this language.
• You want to build your personal brand based on real competencies and a professional network.

What will you gain by participating in Fearless Together 3.0?

The program focuses on what truly strengthens your position on the job market. As a participant in this free program, you will receive the following:

Substantive knowledge

1. "Empower your career in finance 2026" Course prepared by CFA Society Poland. You will gain knowledge and tools that form the foundation of work in international institutions. The scope covers the following aspects:
a. Financial markets and financial risk management
b. Financial statement analysis
c. Financial instruments
d. M&A and valuation techniques
e. Alternative investments
f. Excel (intermediate level)

2. Additional training sessions conducted by experts from State Street Investment Management provide practical knowledge for everyday work in areas such as:

a. Financial markets and instruments
b. Macroeconomic aspects of financial markets
c. Fixed income securities
d. Portfolio management
e. Risk management
f. Computational methods in finance and empirical finance

Personal development and mentoring:

1. A minimum of 6 hours of individual mentoring: Receive support from a mentor from State Street Investment Management or State Street Bank, who will help you chart your own career path.
2. Gallup Test: Discover your strengths with the professional CliftonStrengths™ assessment and take part in a webinar on how to turn your talents into professional success.
3. "Dare to be yourself" online course: Improve your professional self-confidence.

Career building tools and networking:

1. Online career workshops: Learn how to prepare a CV and other application documents that will catch a recruiter's attention, and how to prepare for job interviews.
2. Online LinkedIn workshops: Master the rules of building a personal brand.
3. Meetings at the State Street office in Krakow (May 28 and October 22): Take part in two mandatory on-site meetings, where you will get to know the work environment from the "inside" and build relationships with industry leaders and other participants.
4. Private Facebook group: We exchange experiences with other project participants in a supportive atmosphere.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does this program last?

The program is scheduled to start on May 28, 2026, in Krakow, and the official closing will take place on October 22, 2026. Training and mentoring sessions will be held from June to October 2026.

Is the program held online?

The program includes two on-site meetings in Krakow: the inauguration on May 28 and the closing ceremony on October 22. The CFA course, workshops, and mentoring will be conducted online.

ATTENTION! Attendance at the on-site meetings is mandatory and is a condition for participation in the project.

Can I participate if I work?

Yes. However, please keep in mind that online meetings will take place during the day, and the "Empower your career in finance 2026" course will be held on selected Saturdays and/or Sundays, lasting 8 hours each time. Attendance is mandatory.

Is there a fee to participate?

No. Participation is free of charge thanks to the support of the State Street Foundation.

Do I need to belong to a specific age group or hold a specific nationality to participate?

No, the project is open to Polish women and women of other nationalities living in Poland. We do not set any age criteria.

Do I need access to a computer?

Except for the two on-site meetings, all other activities will take place online. It is most convenient to participate via computer. If this is not possible, make sure you have another device with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera (e.g., a tablet or smartphone).

Can I apply if my English is not at the B2+ level?

All training sessions will be conducted in English, so a good command of the language is a prerequisite for participation. B2+ is the minimum required level.
